SHIPPING POLICIES
Thank you for shopping with Restaurant Equipment Market, LLC.

Order Processing: You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Your payment will not be processed until inventory and shipping charges are confirmed... normally within 2 business days. Please contact REM direct via phone if you desire immediate processing and confirmation.
 
Delivery: We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice.  When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us via the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
 
Freight Charges: Freight Charges assessed via the web site are based on total order weight estimated pricing. If the actual freight charges differ from your order receipt, you will be contacted before we process the order, for approval of the change.
 
Cancellation or Returns: Please contact REM direct via the phone to cancel your order. Orders cancelled prior to processing can be cancelled with no obligation. Orders cancelled during or after processing will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return authorizations are limted to the period within 30 days of shipment and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. REM does not accept returns after 30 days of shipment. Shipping, once the order is enroute is not refundable.
 
Damages During Shipment: Web order shipments are insured against damage when following our guidelines... Damage claims must be presented within 8 business hours of delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any sign of shipment damage exists, inform the shipping/freight driver immediately and contact REM via phone, with your Order Number and Tracking Number.
